Enrolment

Enrolment for the internship programme takes place at times defined by the SCC and is based on score for your academic achievements and your knowledge of a foreign language. Additional points may be granted for finding an employer at the enrolment stage or documented forms of student activity for promotion of CUE or volunteering. You may apply for one internship stay only within one enrolment.

Participant's Profile

In order to be enrolled in the programme, you need:

  • to be of age;
  • to hold a CUE student status(at any cycle of studies: first, second or third, full time or part time);
  • to have completedno less than the first year of first cycle studies;
  • if you go as a second cycle student, you need to have completed the first semester of your master’s studies;
  • before you leave,  your status at the University must be clearand you need to have completed the last semester of studies preceding to your stay;
  • during your stay, you cannot take a year offor any form of a student leave.
  • during the internship, you cannot participate in another international programmeexecuted by CUE nor in any other programme financed from European Funds;
  • you may hold any citizenship. If you hold citizenship other than any of the EU or EEA member states, make sure you know the terms and conditionsregarding entering the territory of the country of destination for your planned stay within the Erasmus+ programme.

In order to apply for internship you need to do the following within the enrolment deadline:

  1. fill in an online application form available on your profile upon logging in under the tab "Surveys and forms";
  2. send the documents to the e-mail address praktykierasmus@uek.krakow.pl 

Required documents:

  • CV in English; 
  • statement of the student status and their total average grade for the entire portion of studies completed so far, issued by your dean (that is, in the case of second degree studies – the statement must cover both the first and the second degree studies);
  • confirmation of foreign language proficiency (for example, a language certificate or grade in your language course);
  • agreement for personal data processing.

Documents awarded additional points:

  • Learning Agreement for Internships (Section to be completed BEFORE THE MOBILITY);
  • Confirmation by a specified CUE unit on active contribution to promotion of the University or volunteering, according to the following score:

0,5 - minor activities, leaflets, one-time activity,

1 - short-time activity - important role (e.g. coordinator),

1,5 – up to 1 month

2 - from 1 to 2 months

2,5 - from 2 to 3 months

3 - over 3 months 

A complete set of documents must be delivered to the Students Career Centre or to the secretary’s office (in such a case, they should be placed in a sealed envelope with an inscription “Students Career Centre – Erasmus+ Internship Application") within the enrolment deadline.

During the recruitment, we check whether you meet the formal requirements for participation in the programme. Whether the internship becomes reality is up to you – you need to find an employer. If you have been qualified for the programme and you have found an employer, you will surely receive a grant for your internship.
