Procedures on how to prepare your mobility documentation
The procedures on how to prepare your mobility documentation for EDUCATION EEA stays abroad in compliance with: Cracow University of Economics’ Rector’s Ordinance no R-0201-51/2020 dated 12 August 2020, which amends and supplements the Rector’s Ordinance no R-0201-17/2020 dated 11 March 2020 r. on prevention of the spread of COVID-19 among the Cracow University of Economics’ community, as amended.
In accordance with the above-mentioned ordinance, mobility for both students and graduates is allowed only to and from countries for which border traffic is currently permitted and under the sanitary regulations in force. Your mobility documents, including your mobility permit, should be prepared in the following order:
Step 1
- submit your international employee’s statement “Internship confirmation” as a scan of the document signed by the employee,
- submit the “Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships” as a scan of the document signed by the employee or the original document
Send the documents listed above via e-mail to: praktykierasmus@uek.krakow.pl As soon as the SCC accepts your documents, you may apply for the Vice-Rectors permit for mobility.
Step 2
Prepare the following documents and sent them to the Students Career Centre via e-mail at: praktykierasmus@uek.krakow.pl including the last name_application formula in the “subject” field:
- application form “Application for an international study programme/internship mobility” addressed at the Vice-Rector – in the form of a scan,
- a statement on the epidemic situation – “Statement (covid-19)” – in the form of a scan.
Student Career Centre approves the application and then forwards the documents to be signed by the Vice-Rector. All mobility applications are reviewed individually. We will inform you by e-mail on whether you application has been accepted or rejected. Your mobility permit will be stored in your student file at the SCC office.
Step 3
Upon obtaining the Vice-Rector’s permission for mobility, we will prepare your agreement. You will need to provide us with the following documents:
- A statement on the number of your PLN bank account – “PLN bank account” – in the form of a scan,
- “Pre-traineeship statement” – in the form of a scan,
- Agreement for processing of your personal data – “GDPR” – in the form of a scan, the original document attached to your agreement,
- Confirmation on entering your mobility into the Odyseusz system – in the form of a scan,
- Confirmation of your student status obtained from your home dean’s office – in the form of a scan;
- A copy of your EHIC card,
- Euro 26 insurance including health, liability, and accident insurance (general terms and conditions of your insurance must cover the cost of medical aid provided in the case of SARS-COV-2 infection) – in the form of a scan along with details of your insurance package,
As soon as we verify your documents, Student Career Centre will e-mail you your agreement in a PDF file. You need to print out and sign two copies and send back to us along with a printed and signed GDPR statement.

Alternatively, you may bring the agreement in person to the University’s Secretariat. Make sure that your agreement is enclosed and sealed in an envelope with the SCC mailing address on it. The Secretariat is located in the Gardener’s house by the entrance gate by ul. Rakowicka. Office hours are 8.30 a.m. till 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
